Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce red velvet cake mix
  • 1 stick melted butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, pour together melted butter and cake mix. Stir until partially combined.
  • Add in egg and stir to combine.
  • Add in milk and stir to combine. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough onto lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cookies are done when the tops are dry.
  • Allow to cool completely and enjoy!
