Edible Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips


  • Take flour and put into microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for 1 more minute to kill any bacteria. Allow to cool.
  • If using a stand mixer, fit with paddle attachment.
  • Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in vanilla and milk. Beat to combine.
  • Mix in flour until just combined.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy!
