Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites

Edible Cookie Dough

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips


  • 4 ounces window pretzels


  • 10 ounces melting chocolate


How to Make Edible Cookie Dough

  • Take flour and put into microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for 1 more minute to kill any bacteria. You want the temperature of the flour to reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow to cool.
  • If using a stand mixer, fit with paddle attachment.
  • Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in vanilla and milk. Beat to combine.
  • Mix in flour until just combined
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips.

How to make Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites

  • Make edible cookie dough. Chill dough for 15-20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  • Take small pieces of cookie dough and press between two pretzels. I like to do this for all of my cookie dough before I dip them in chocolate. You should have at least 3 dozen bites.
  • Melt your chocolate. Be sure to use melting chocolate rather than chocolate chips so it will dry hard.
  • Dip 1/2 of your pretzel bite into the chocolate and lay on a piece of wax or parchment paper to dry.
  • Wait for the chocolate to dry and enjoy!
