• Wash strawberries and gently pat dry. Discard any strawberries with bad spots.
• While strawberries finish drying, melt chocolate.

To Melt Chocolate In The Microwave

• Pour melting chocolate into a microwave safe bowl.
• Microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring chocolate in between until chocolate is completely melted.

To Make The Strawberries

• Firmly hold the strawberry by the green part. Dip into melted chocolate. Place dipped berries onto a piece of wax or parchment paper to dry.
• Decorate as desired or leave plain. To decorate with chocolate stripes, pour melted chocolate into a piping bag or zip top bag. Snip the end (make a very very small hole). Squeeze stripes onto the strawberries.
